MY LITTLE BRIDE - EORIN SINBU

This is a story about a 15 year old girl who was set to be married to his friend named Sangmin. Her name is Boeun which was played by Moon Geun Young, the so-called Korea’s Little Sister.
Sangmin is student teacher of Arts and he went back to Korea because of family related reason. Sangmin and Boeun grandparents and parents were close to each other and knowe that the two has an arranged marriage. Sangmin and Boeun didn’t know that it would be their grandparent’s last wish. They never thought in their whole life that they will be married because they are like a brother and a sister to the family.Boeun’s grandfather have promised to Sangmin’s grandfather that their grandchildren will be married someday and that’s the fact that the Boeun and Sangmin couldn’t accept. But because their grandfather always tried to fake that he is running out of his life, the two decided to finally get married. it is just funny because after their marriage they are supposedly be on a trip but Boeun didn’t go with Sangmin. Sangmin spent his night alone while Boeun spent the day with his crush - Jungwoo (a cute baseball player in their school). They stroll around the city and since Jungwoo is Boeun’s crush, she really feel the love within her heart.

Boeun’s friend was the only who knew that she and Jungwoo were sweethearts. Her friend also had a crush on Jungwoo but she was more concern to Sangmin. The day came when Sangmin was assigned to Boeun’s highschool department. He was their student teacher in arts and both of them pretend that they do not know each other. Their teacher Miss Kim likes Sangmin very much and didn’t know that he was married to Boeun. But in the middle of the story she found out the truth because only the principal knows about their marriage, you know, their principal is a close friend of Boeun’s grandfather and he kept that secret to the school.

There will be a festival to be held and since Miss Kim already knew about Sangmin’s marriage, she assigned Boeun to paint the big wall all by herself. She is so jealous to Beoun that she gave her a hard task. It is really impossible to paint the big wall but Sangmin have forced his friends (student teacher as well in Arts assigned in different school) to work with him to help Boeun in painting the wall. Boeun didn’t know about that because Sangmin and his friends do that job every night when no one is around.
Boeun still likes Jungwoo and they often see each other during lunch time. While Sangmin is at the house he saw the sushi in the kitchen which was prepared by Boeun. He thought it is prepared for him but he then saw Boeun cheering Jungwoo in the news. He was watching news when the reporter gives news about a baseball match happening on that time. The camera focused on Boeun’s face as she cheers the cute Jungwoo. Sangmin was stunned upon knowing that his little bride is having a crush to that baseball player. But despite of this, he didn’t get affected. He still continue helping Boeun in her festival task in school. Boeun thought that his husband is just lingering around but when he called Sangmin’s friend, she said that Sangmin is busy doing some painting in school. She cried and then she rushed off the school. At that time Sangmin have just arrived home. Boeun saw the painting of a big tree with a young girl in a swing with an older boy guiding that young girl. She then remembered their childhood memories.

The story ended during the school’s festival. Boeun talked to Jungwoo and ended up their relationship. At the festival, Bouen’s rivals to Jungwoo have announced that Sangmin is married to Bouen. Everybody was stunned but Sangmin explained to everyone that that was not Boeun’s fault. He then elaborated that it was an arranged marriage and Bouen was only doing it for his grandfather. He also said that nothing has changed and Bouen was still the 15 year old girl they know. I cried at that scene. Well, I am really touched to Sangmin because he knows that his bride is still young and will still fall in love to someone she likes but he just let her do what she wanted. He didn’t stop her from doing those things but let it be part of her teenage experience.

The crowd cheered up and Boeun went to the stage wnd told Sangmin that she was not young anymore and she told him that she loves him. Adorable… I really like the story.
